We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (defective product, wrong item shipped, etc.). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse your return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return within 3-5 business days of receiving the item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@handcraftedtreasures.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please do not dispose of the item until we have resolved the issue.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please contact us at info@handcraftedtreasures.com. If you wish to exchange for a different item, please follow our return process and place a new order for the desired item.
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@handcraftedtreasures.com or +92 300 1234567. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and you will need to follow the return process.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
